What formats are included in the designs?

I can convert to all formats in Embird. I cannot convert to .shv or .art formats. However, you will find PES, HUS, VP3, and JEF as the default formats in all my zip files. Anything needed other than that, I can convert for you, or you can try one of the many software programs available to convert designs. A freeware copy of Wilcom's True Sizer software. (Must sign up to now download it)

When will I receive my designs?

You will be able to instantly download your designs! After you have paid with Paypal, it will return you back to the website for downloading.  Sometimes this can take a few minutes, so be patient!  If for some reason it does not, return to the site and log in and click "My Account" and click 'view' next to the order.  You will see your download buttons then!  You have only two days to download your order.  After that time, you will need to contact me.   Should you have a problem downloading your designs, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to help you out, or arrange to send them via email.

Note: Orders paid via echeck option at Paypal will find the download of your designs delayed until the bank has cleared the funds.

Where are my Instructions?

You need to unzip your designs with an an unzipping program such as the one built in to winXP or a software such as Winzip. You will find either pdf files or word docs inside the zip. A lot of times if you unzip with your embroidery software it cannot see a pdf or word doc. Doc files will open in various programs, including Open Office, and Windows Rich Text Editor, so it's not necessary to have Office Word installed on your pc. PDF files open in Adobe Acrobat.

Can you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, however, the only option available to pay with is at Paypal.

Please note, you no longer need an account with Paypal to purchase designs. If you have a credit card, you can simply pay thru Paypal with your credit card. You can see that process here.

What Other Payment Options Do You Offer?

I will accept credit cards with or without an account at Paypal.

I do accept, Bank payments, eCheck payments and credit card payments thru your Paypal account.

If you choose to use the eCheck option at Paypal, it can and will take up to 3 to 5 days for your order to be processed. You will at that time receive a note that your designs are available to download.

Please note, you no longer need an account with Paypal to purchase designs. If you have a credit card, you can simply pay thru Paypal with your credit card. You can see that process here.

How can I use your designs?

You cannot sell my designs! You cannot share my designs! You can stitch them for personal use! You can stitch them on something to sell! There is no limit to how many times you can stitch a design.

Because of the type of medium sold at this website, I do not issue refunds.

I've lost my designs. Can you help me?

Yes, you need to send me proof of purchase from your Paypal account, or your order number from the cart. Most times you will be able to re-download anything purchased thru the cart, however designs purchased before I added the shopping cart will need the Paypal ID#. Please back up all your designs either daily or weekly!

Why can't I get my past purchases at the current sale price?

At SHDesigns, we really strive to give you the best price possible on our designs. However, we recognize that sometimes we may place a design on sale that you've already purchased, I'm sorry, but we simply can't honor a current sale price for a previous purchase.
